You should replace the solenoid valve coil or pilot valve or the operation button; When the discharge port on the solenoid valve cannot be opened manually, you should replace the solenoid valve. When the exhaust from the lower outlet of the solenoid valve cannot be opened manually, you should check the inside of the cylinder, seal ring, piston rod, compression screw, etc. for air leakage.
The belt conveyor and the cylinder are not working.
When the belt of the concrete trailer pump is running, check the operation of the rollers frequently. If it is found that it does not turn, it should be replaced in time. Do not work with a trouble, otherwise the belt will be scratched; the electric drum of the concrete trailer pump belt conveyor should be lubricated The oil should be checked regularly, added and replaced in time. Disassemble and check to remove the sludge inside the cylinder.
